The reasoning

It draws 1000 W, names an auto cut-off and a cool-touch handle, and gives 2 years of warranty from Wipro. Wipro's own page for the same code, EM082100, repeats the 1000 W, the 23 x 14.5 cm plates, the 180° opening, the auto cut-off and the 2 years.

That agreement is what put it first. Of the 6 listings that give a plain 2-year warranty, the Borosil Prime Grill and truTRTL's 3-in-1 have brand pages that contradict them: Borosil's on wattage (700w on the page, 800W on the listing), and truTRTL's, whose FAQ gives a 1-year warranty against 2 years in its product details. We have no Hamilton Beach page to check the 25460-IN against. The Morphy Richards 370070 and the Glen SA3029GRILLCE agree with Glen's page and Bajaj Electricals' page on power and warranty too, but neither their listings nor the pages we read for them give a plate size or mention an auto cut-off.

The loose ends are in the measurements. The listing gives 30.6D x 27.8W x 12.8H centimetres and 1 kg 550 g, while Wipro's page gives 27.8D x 11.3W x 30.2H centimetres and 1.5 kg, and both label theirs as the product's dimensions and weight. Wipro's page also gives the colour two ways, a Black option and "Colour: SS" in its details, where the listing says Black.

Bajaj Electricals, which the listing names as importer and marketer, has a page for a Luxe Rose (Toast, Waffle & Grill) Sandwich Maker under the same code, 370070; the page itself doesn't name Morphy Richards. It repeats the 750W, the interchangeable plates, the three plate sets in the contents and a 2-year warranty.

Four shortlisted listings mention waffles. We chose this one because its 2 years are stated without a registration step and Bajaj Electricals' page for the same code agrees. The iBELL SM1301 and SM3010PRO give 1 year standard plus 1 more on registration within 30 days of purchase, and truTRTL's 3-in-1 page gives both 2 years and a 1-year warranty.

Against the Wipro, it draws less power, 750 W against 1000 W, and neither its listing nor Bajaj Electricals' page gives a plate size, an opening angle or an auto cut-off. The listing does name power-on and ready indicators, anti-skid feet and a built-in cord winder.

The reasoning

Of the 22 shortlisted listings, the Glen's is the one that names an oil collector tray. Its listing calls the tray removable and says it gathers excess grease and oil. Glen's page for the SA3029GRILLCE repeats the oil collector tray, the ceramic non-stick grill plates, the 850W and a 2-year warranty, and adds that terms and conditions apply.

It sits behind the Morphy Richards because its listing and Glen's page disagree on what's in the box: the listing's components field says Lid, while Glen's page lists the main unit and a user's guide. The colour also differs (Opal White on the listing, Matt Black with a steel decorative plate on Glen's page), as it does for the Morphy Richards. As with the Wipro, the listing's size, 11.5D x 30W x 25H cm, doesn't match the unit size Glen's page gives (269x234x87 mm); it is closer to the box (298x113x255 mm).

Glen's page gives the date it became available as April 2026. Neither the listing nor the page mentions an auto cut-off or an opening angle. The page lists red and green lights for power and ready, a cord of about 0.8m and a 230 V supply.
